1 1/4 cups semisweet baking chocolate, cut into pieces, or 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2/3 cup sugar
Dash salt
1 (5-ounce) can (2/3 cup) evaporated milk
1. Melt chocolate in small saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly. Stir in sugar and salt.
2. Gradually add evaporated milk, stirring constantly. Cook until thickened and hot, stirring constantly. Serve warm. Store in refrigerator.
