1 (16-ounce) can (2 cups) pitted dark sweet cherries
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 cup brandy
1 quart (4 cups) fat-free vanilla frozen yogurt or ice cream
1. Drain cherries, reserving liquid. In chafing dish or skillet, combine cornstarch and liquid from cherries; blend well. Add cherries; heat until mixture boils and thickens, stirring occasionally.
2. Heat brandy in small saucepan; pour over cherries. Carefully ignite. Serve over frozen yogurt or ice cream.
