Hot Tuna Dip

Serves: 2

   1 8-ounce package cream cheese softened
   1 5-ounce jar pasteurized process cheese spread sharp
   2 tablespoons chili sauce
   1 6 1/2-ounce can tuna solid white, drained and flaked
   2 tablespoons green onions thinly sliced
   Milk
   Ground red pepper
   Chips

In a small saucepan, mix cheeses and chili sauce. Cook and stir over low heat until smooth and hot.

Stir in tuna and green onion. Thin with milk to desired consistency.

Pour into a chafing dish and garnish with a dash of red pepper. Serve warm with chips.
