1 8-ounce package cream cheese softened
3 tablespoons parsley chopped fresh
2 tablespoons green bell peppers minced
2 tablespoons onions grated
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 green bell pepper large (optional)

In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, parsley, green pepper, onion, chili powder and salt until blended.
Remove top and seeds from optional green pepper. If necessary, cut a thin slice off the bottom of pepper so it will stand. Pack cheese mixture into green pepper shell or into a crock. Cover and chill.
