3 to 3 1/2 pounds cut-up broiler-fryer chicken
3/4 cup chili sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon ground dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon red pepper sauce
Heat oven to 375°. Place chicken, skin sides up, in ungreased rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches. Mix remaining ingredients; pour over chicken. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Spoon sauce in pan over chicken. Bake uncovered about 30 minutes longer or until juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.
