1 pound uncooked fusilli pasta
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 cup chopped cucumbers (about 1 small)
1 cup chopped red bell peppers or yellow (about 1 medium)
1 cup chopped tomatoes (about 1 large)
3/4 cup spicy-eight vegetable juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
Cook pasta as directed on package; drain. Mix pasta and remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
