Directions:

For ultra flavor, ultra fast:

Rub boneless, skinless chicken breasts with a paste of finely chopped garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper and chopped fresh herbs, such as thyme, oregano, tarragon or basil. Grill or broil in the usual way.

Season chicken with a premixed spice blend.

Brush chicken with steak sauce, barbecue sauce, flavored mustard or chutney.

Poach chicken in fruit juice or wine for mellow flavors.
