White Cut Chicken: Simple Sauce


Serves: 5

Ingredients

1 cup Stock, Chicken or Meat
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
3 tablespoons water

Directions:

1. Bring stock to a boil stir in salt and soy sauce.

2. Meanwhile blend cornstarch and cold water to a paste then stir in to thicken. Pour sauce over chicken and vegetables, and serve.
