2 or 3 slices fresh ginger root
3 or 4 tablespoons soy sauce
1. Mince ginger root; then blend well with soy sauce.
2. Serve in a dip dish.
NOTE: This dip is also used with deep-fried shrimp.
VARIATION:
* For the ginger root, substitute any of the following: 1 scallion stalk, minced; 1 garlic clove, crushed; or 1/2 teaspoon powdered mustard.
