1. Place egg in small saucepan cover with cold water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat simmer about 15 minutes. Immediately drain run cold water over egg to stop cooking. Peel egg chop.
2. In small bowl, combine egg and all remaining ingredients mix until well combined. Cover refrigerate at least 4 hours to blend flavors. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
