1. Heat oven to 350°F. In ungreased 12x8-inch (2-quart) baking dish, combine parsley flakes, onion powder, salt and oil blend well. Add potatoes toss to coat well.
2. Bake at 350°F. for 50 to 60 minutes or until tender, stirring once during baking. Drain potatoes on paper towels.
