1. In jar with tight-fitting lid, combine all dressing ingredients shake well. Set aside.
2. In medium bowl, combine pepper strips and olives. Pour dressing over pepper mixture let stand 10 minutes.
3. Line serving platter with lettuce. Decoratively arrange peppers and olives over lettuce. Sprinkle with basil. Serve warm or at room temperature.
