1. Cook pasta to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain rinse with cold water to cool.
2. In large bowl, combine cooked pasta, turkey, tomatoes and olives.
3. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise and pesto blend well. Add to turkey mixture toss to coat.
4. Line 4 individual plates with lettuce. Spoon turkey mixture over lettuce. Sprinkle with cheese.
