1. Scrub or peel potatoes. In medium saucepan, cook potatoes in small amount of boiling water for 15 to 25 minutes or until fork-tender. Drain well. Return potatoes to saucepan or place in serving bowl.
2. Add butter, chives, salt and pepper toss gently to coat.
