1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon Dijon style mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon chopped fresh or 1/4 tsp dried basil leaves
3/4 teaspoon chopped fresh or 1/4 tsp dried tarragon leaves
1 clove garlic, crushed
Dash of dried dill weed
Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours but no longer than 24 hours.
