Sweet-and-Sour Veggies and Beans |

Print this Recipe
Using purchased sweet-and-sour sauce makes this recipe extra easy. Try serving it with grilled turkey burgers.
1/2 cup water
1 (16-ounce) bag frozen broccoli, carrots, water chestnust and red peppers
1 (15-ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1/3 cup sweet and sour sauce
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
Heat water to boiling in 12-inch nonstick skillet. Cook vegetables in water 4 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender. Stir in beans and sweet-and-sour sauce; heat through, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with sesame seed. Serve warm or cold.
