Serve With: Jicama-Spinach Salad with Lime-Yogurt Dressing
3/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon grated limes peel
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Mix all ingredients with fork or wire whisk.
