12 Rhodes White Dinner Rolls, thawed
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Pecans, if desired
Cut dough into 1-inch pieces. In a medium sized bowl, toss dough pieces with egg. Add brown sugar and cinnamon and mix well. Place mixture on a cutting board and chop with a sharp knife into smaller pieces. Place in a 4 1/2 x 8 1/2-inch sprayed loaf pan. Sprinkle with pecans, if desired. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise to the top of the pan. Remove wrap and bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Serve warm, or toasted and spread with butter.
