Spaghetti with Broccoli and Mushrooms |

Serves: 8
Print this Recipe
1 (10-ounce) box frozen chopped broccoli
1 (4 1/2-ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
2 tablespoons reduced-fat margarine
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 (7/8-ounce) package uncooked spaghetti
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Cook broccoli as directed on package; drain. Stir in mushrooms, margarine, salt and pepper. Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally until mushrooms are hot, about 5 minutes. Cook spaghetti as directed on package; drain. Toss spaghetti, broccoli mixture, Parmesan cheese and lemon juice.
