Pack some low-fat food to snack on in the car, so you won’t have to stop as often or be tempted by fast food along the way. Here are some suggestions:
graham crackers
mini rice cakes
boxes of raisins
mini bagels
pretzels
eight-vegetable juice
dried cherries
apricots or prunes
low-fat granola bars
baby-cut carrots
fat-free cookies
fresh fruit (apples, pears or grapes)
