The taste of our favorite cookie in a creamy dessert.
1 (20-ounce) package chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
1/4 cup margarine, melted
2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 (8-ounce) containers frozen whipped topping, thawed and divided
2 (4-ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix

Mix cookie crumbs with margarine; press into the bottom of an ungreased 13" x 9" baking pan. Combine cream cheese with one container of whipped topping; spread over cookie crust. Prepare pudding according to package directions; layer on top of cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining whipped topping; refrigerate until firm.

I recently purchased your Cook'n Recipe Organizer and love it! I have tried several other cookbook programs but found them unsatisfactory.
