Combine milk, butter and caramels in a heavy saucepan over medium heat stir until melted and smooth. Remove from heat quickly dip marshmallows into mixture and then roll in rice cereal. Arrange on an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet refrigerate for 30 minutes. Remove from baking sheet store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
