Prepare brownie mix following package directions add remaining ingredients, stirring well. Spread into a greased 13" x 9" baking pan bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool frost with glaze, if desired.
Chocolate Glaze:
Melt chips and butter together in a double boiler stir until smooth.
