Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla together until smooth and creamy set aside. Melt chips in a double boiler stir into cream cheese mixture, mixing well. Fold in nuts pour into a lightly buttered 8" x 8" baking pan. Refrigerate until firm cut into squares to serve.
