Melt margarine in a heavy saucepan add oil and half the bag of marshmallows, reserving the rest for use in another recipe. Stir until melted over medium heat remove from heat. Place popcorn in a large roasting pan pour marshmallow mixture on top. Stir until well coated form into 3-inch balls using well-buttered hands. Wrap individually in plastic wrap.
