1 cup V8 vegetable juice
1/2 cup orange marmalade
1 tablespoon Dijon style mustard
1. In 1/2-qt saucepan, combine "V8" juice, marmalade, and mustard. Over medium-high heat, heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cook 10 minutes or until sauce thickens, stirring often.
2. Use sauce to baste chicken, pork chops, or turkey cutlets during the last few minutes of broiling or grilling.
