Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
1/2 cup low-fat (1%) milk
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons wheat germ
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
10 ice cubes

Directions:

In a blender or food processor, puree all the ingredients until smooth, about 1-1 1/2 minutes.

NOTE: You can easily substitute other frozen fruit such as raspberries, blueberries, or mixed fruit for this smoothie.
