Smoothie Mix 1/2 cup fat-free vanilla-flavored coffee creamer 1/3 cup instant coffee crystals 1/3 cup instant fat-free milk powder 1/4 cup granulated sugar Single Smoothie: 1/2 cup fat-free skim milk 2 tablespoons Smoothie Mix 6-8 ice cubes Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse several times until finely powdered and well blended. Store in an airtight container up to 3 months.
