Peppermint Punch

Ingredients

3/4 cup grapefruit diet soda pop
1 drop red food coloring
1 tablespoon vanilla frozen yogurt
1/2 round peppermint candy, crushed

Directions:

Pour the soda into a small glass and stir in the food coloring. Top with the yogurt and sprinkle with candy to serve.

NOTE: We used peppermint candy that was individually packaged, crushed it with a hammer, then sprinkled half on the yogurt. You can easily double or triple this recipe for additional servings or make a big batch in a punch bowl.
