Ingredients

2 cups fat-free milk
2 medium-size ripe bananas, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt or banana
1/2 cup nonfat skim dry milk powder
1/3 cup wheat germ
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/2 teaspoons Equal measure or 8 packets EQUAL sweetener or 1/3 cup EQUAL Spoonful
ground cinnamon (optional)

Directions:

Blend all ingredients except cinnamon in blender or food processor until smooth. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
