Beef-Caper Patties

Serves: 12

   _ pounds ground beef extra-lean
   _ eggs slightly beaten
   _ 3 1/2-ounce bottle capers drained
   ___ onion large, minced
   _ tablespoons dijon style mustard
   ___ cup ketchup
   _ tablespoons worcestershire sauce
   _ teaspoon garlic salt
   _ teaspoon salt
   _ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
   Barbecue sauce of your choice


Mix all ingredients except barbecue sauce, blending well. Form into 12 patties. Make an indentation in center of each and fill with barbecue sauce. Cover with wax paper or foil and refrigerate until ready to cook. Place patties on greased grill over hot coals. Lower hood and cook without turning until desired doneness.

Note: Can be frozen for later use.
