Searching for an appetizer that everyone will flip over? Look no further! This is one of our most requested Bisquick recipe. No only are these easy to whip up, they are a big crowd pleaser, too!


   3 cups Original Bisquick® or Reduced Fat baking mix
   1 pound bulk pork sausages
   4 cups shredded cheddar cheese (16 ounces)
   1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
   1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves
   1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes


1. Heat oven to 350°. Lightly grease jelly roll pan, 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch.

2. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Place in pan.

3. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until brown. Immediately remove from pan. Serve warm with store-bought sweet-and-sour sauce if desired.
