Broccoli with Pine Nuts |

Serves: 4
This broccoli tastes as good as it is for you because it is chock-full of vitamins and anti-oxidants. The pine nuts, little tear-drop shaped nuts, add a toasted buttery flavor to the broccoli.

1 cup water
1 1/2 pounds fresh broccoli, cut into spears
2 tablespoons margarine or butter
1/4 cup pine nuts

1. Heat water to boiling in medium saucepan; add broccoli. Cook about 10 minutes until stems are crisp-tender; drain.
2. Melt margarine in 8-inch skillet; add pine nuts. Cook over medium heat 5 minutes until nuts are golden brown, stirring frequently. Sprinkle nuts over broccoli.
