Classic Crunchy Coleslaw |

Our mayonnaise and sour cream-based recipe for coleslaw is creamy, crunchy and not too sweet. The coleslaw keeps well for several days in the refrigerator; just keep it tightly covered.
1/2 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 pound green cabbage, finely shredded or chopped (about 4 cups)
1 small onion, chopped (about 1/4 cup)
Paprika, if desired
Dill weed, if desired
Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar, mustard, seasoned salt and pepper; toss with cabbage and onion. Sprinkle with paprika or dried dill weed, if desired.
