Rhodes Dinner Rolls, thawed but still cold
1 teaspoon feta cheese
Medium size mushrooms, stems removed
1-inch pieces of zucchini
1-inch broccoli flowerets
1-inch pieces of roasted red bell pepper
Butter, melted
Shredded Parmesan cheese
Garlic salt
Cut rolls in half and flatten each half into a 3-inch circle. Place one teaspoon feta cheese on each circle. Top with one or more pieces of vegetable. Pull dough up around cheese and veggies and pinch to seal. Roll in butter and then in Parmesan cheese. Place on a large sprayed baking sheet. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
