Brown turkey in olive oil add bouillon cubes, stirring well. Remove from heat and set aside. In another skillet, sauté onion and mushrooms in margarine mix in garlic, heating until golden. Combine with turkey mixture add sour cream. Heat thoroughly do not boil. Arrange warm noodles on serving plates spoon stroganoff on top.
