Combine all the ingredients together except the Cheddar cheese pour into a 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top bake at 350 degrees until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
TIP: Add frozen peas, chopped asparagus or shredded carrots to this fresh and fast dish...any veggie on hand will work!
