Add raisins to warm water set aside. Heat oil in a 12" skillet over low heat sauté onions and garlic until soft, about 7 to 10 minutes. Add olives, red pepper increase heat to high. Drain raisins add to skillet, stirring about 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in tuna, tomatoes and sauce heating thoroughly. Season to taste with pepper. Serve over warm spaghetti.
TIP: Add a few extra cloves of garlic to the pan when cooking Mediterranean Spaghetti. Combine the extra garlic with a 1/2 cup of softened butter. Mix well and chill. Spread on thick slices of Italian bread and broil for a few minutes just before serving until golden and crunchy.
