2 pounds chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
1 (16-ounce) package spaghetti , cooked
2 (14 1/2-ounce) cans stewed tomatoes , chopped
2 (10 3/4-ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (4-ounce) can mushrooms , drained
1 (8-ounce) package pasteurized process cheese spread , cubed

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan heat over medium until warmed throughout and cheese is melted.
