Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, dill, salt and pepper in a large serving bowl set aside. Rinse macaroni in cold water drain. Add to mayonnaise mixture stir in remaining ingredients. Cover refrigerate until serving.
TIP: Packing this salad for a picnic or in lunch boxes? Freeze a few juice boxes and they'll keep the whole lunch cool!
