Brown ground beef with garlic in a 12" skillet over medium-high heat stir in tomato sauce, tomatoes, cumin, oregano and cinnamon. Add remaining vegetables mix well. Bring to a boil reduce heat, cover and simmer until zucchini and squash are tender, about 10 to 12 minutes. Spoon over couscous to serve.
