Print this Recipe
1 cup popcorn, plain popped (unsalted, preferably air-popped)
1 cup wheat biscuits, shredded, bite-size
2 tablespoons raisins
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds, dry-roasted
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
This is a good, healthy after-school snack that can be made in larger quantities and stored in an airtight container at room temperature.
Mix first 4 ingredients. Sprinkle cinnamon over mixture and toss lightly.
Food exchanges per 1-cup serving: 1½ BREAD, ½ FRUIT, ½ FAT
