Peach Whip

Ingredients

3/4 cup water, boiling
1 package jello, sugar-free, orange or raspberry, 4 serving size
1/2 cup ice cubes
1 (8-ounce) can peaches, sliced, in juice or light syrup

Directions:

This recipe is from General Foods, the maker of Jell-O.

1. Pour water into the blender or food processor with gelatin. Blend until dissolved. Add ice cubes and stir until partially melted.
2. Drain peaches. Add to gelatin and blend until ice is melted and peaches are pureed. Pour into serving bowl or glasses. Chill about 2 hours, until set.
