Apple Salad

Ingredients

Salad
2 Large Red Delicious Apples , large, red delicious, cored but unpeeled and cut into chunks
2/3 cup crushed pineapple, canned, unsweetened, drained, or fresh minced pineapple, juice reserved
1/3 cup celery, diced
2 tablespoons raisins
Dressing
3 tablespoons yogurt, low-fat
2 teaspoons mayonnaise, diet
1 tablespoon pineapple juice (reserved from pineapple)
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon, ground

Directions:

This easy and delicious salad is from Jane Brody's Good Food Book.

1. In a medium bowl, combine the salad ingredients.
2. In a small bowl, combine the dressing ingredients. Add the dressing to the fruit mixture and blend.
