Orange Sherbert


Serves: 6

Ingredients

1 (6-ounce) container orange juice concentrate
1 1/2 cups milk, skim
2/3 cup dry milk powder, nonfat
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

1. Blend ingredients well and put in freezer until partially frozen-45 minutes to 1 hour.
2. Remove from freezer and beat until smooth. Return to freezer until frozen.

Food exchanges per ½ -cup serving: 1 FRUIT, ½ MILK
