8 ounces yogurt, nonfat
1 20-ounce can crushed pineapple, unsweetened, in juice
4 packets artificial sweetener (Equal)
1/2 cup orange juice, unsweetened
1. Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor. Whirl 1 minute, pour into shallow baking pan, and freeze until frozen 1 inch around edges.
2. Turn into chilled bowl and beat with electric or rotary beater until smooth, then freeze until set.
3. Allow to soften slightly at room temperature before serving.
