2 cups finely crushed cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies (about 20 cookies)
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or 4 ounces semisweet baking chocolate, melted
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup whipped cream whipped
Coat a 9-inch square glass dish with nonstick spray. Add crushed cookies and butter and mix well with a fork. Pat evenly in bottom. Chill while preparing filling.
Place condensed milk, melted chocolate, and vanilla in a large mixer bowl. With an electric mixer, beat until well blended. Chill 10 to 15 minutes. Fold in whipped cream. Mound on top of cookie layer. Cover and freeze 6 hours or until firm.
