Serves: 8 Print this Recipe1 frozen pie crust unbaked, chilled 3/4 cup sugar 3 eggs large 1/2 cup light corn syrup 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened 1/4 cup cornstarch 1 cup walnuts chopped 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips Organize all of your own recipes with the Cook'n Recipe Software. Watch and see how easy it is! Prepare pie crust, using your own recipe or a purchased refrigerated ready-to-bake pie crust. Preheat oven to 350°. Place sugar, eggs, corn syrup, butter, and cornstarch in a small mixer bowl. With an electric mixer, beat at low speed until well blended. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips. Pour into pie crust. Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until puffy and mixture is set around edges. Place pie on a wire cooling rack to cool. Serve within 2 hours or refrigerate up to 2 days.
