2 cups finely crushed cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies (about 20 cookies)
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1 6-ounce package semi-sweet chocolate chips (1 cup) or 4 squares (1 oz. each) semisweet chocolate, melted
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup whipped cream whipped
Place crushed cookies and butter in a lightly buttered 9-inch pie plate. Mix well with a fork and pat evenly against bottom and sides of pie plate. Chill while preparing filling.
In a large mixer bowl, beat condensed milk, melted chocolate, and vanilla until well blended. Chill 10 to 15 minutes. Fold in whipped cream. Mound in crust. Cover and freeze 6 hours or until firm.
