   3 12-ounce cans corned beef
   1 1-pound can sauerkraut drained
   1/4 cup thousand island salad dressing
   1/4 cup mayonnaise real
   4 cups swiss cheese grated natural
   4 to 5 cups rye bread dark rye bread diced
   1/4 cup butter melted or margarine


Heat oven to 350° F. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and layer each ingredient in order given, mixing the salad dressing and mayonnaise together before spreading over sauerkraut. Cover with foil. Bake 30 minutes; remove foil and bake 15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bread is toasty.

Note: This is a quick, easy, and delicious meal-in-one for a crowd and can be put together several hours ahead of time. Bake just before serving.
